The reseeding phase was my most challenging with bloating plus my past "allergy symptoms" returned with a vengeance and have remained into the HCL phase. Are these symptoms leaving my body for good? Could this be detox?

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Prior to stopping gluten and dairy over two years ago, I had terrible year long allergy symptoms my entire life. Sneezing, coughing, itchy eyes, throat and face, stuffed nose, brain fog, irritable. I had minor detox issues during the purge (throwing up after a castor oil pack, tired, irritable) I broke down and took 2 Zyrtec which helped. What should I do? I know inflammation is running wild. I was diagnosed with MS 14 years ago and I am nervous that my immune system is on the battle field. I have been eating a lot of clean eggs, but I am stopping in case that is the culprit. I'd appreciate any thoughts or advice. Did I blow it when I took the Zyrtec? Thank you.

A: It's okay to take Zyrtec on occassion b/c of the discomfort. Your immune system is re-writing itself right now. Try stopping the Mucosagen and MBC for a week and see if that helps. If so, follow the vegan probiotic 50B in your transition package instead. This coupled with the HCL Challenge and the Lion's Mane should really help. Let's remove eggs as well, as you need some more immune building and then I'm hopeful of your symptoms abating. Please also follow Jack's advice to take 1 oregano oil a day for the next 30-60 days of healing. If you feel better without the Mucosagen, skip the colostrum in transition and instead use Thorne's GI Encap.
