A: Doing two more is fine, and then it's suggested to stop so your body can heal in the reseeding phase, "remember" perastalsis and take over this function after the clean out. At this point, it's wise to implant wheat grass and probiotics to heal the lining, rather than coffee to cleanse the liver. However, there's nothing wrong with doing one coffee enema per week ongoingly to support the liver - I just think in the reseeding phase, you'll get more bang for your colonic buck if you use the probiotic implant ;) Wheat grass at 4oz is extra credit to heal the lining. It must be juiced right before the colonic to be effective (in case you have a juice bar nearby). You are correct that deep cleansing in the form of colonics can stress the body when in phase II or III adrenal fatigue. Increase both NAC and C and Magnesium to 800mg - and know you can always go back to triphala safely for another few months. Don't forget that if you don't get traction by the time you finish the HCL challenge with constipation, it might be time to re-engage the brain in autonomic function with Neurosyn and Calm.
How long is it beneficial to do a colonic or coffee enema beyond reseeding? Should I do the coffee implant and/or the probiotic? Also I read that colonics can be a toxic burden when adrenal fatigue is present. Should I be concerned?
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Should I do more than the two more scheduled in the next two and a half weeks? Should I increase NAC and/or vitamin C (have MTHFR) or anything else? Bowels are still not moving without magnesium glycinate (have given up on Triphala) but am hoping reseeding will help. I realize this was not a simple question and so appreciate your thoughtful responses.
