Is it possible to get a letter from The Whole Journey to get reimbursement from my insurance company/flexplan/health saving account?
Unfortunately we are not currently set up from a liability standpoint to provide documentation or letters to be used for insurance reimbursement purposes.
However, you may be able to show your insurance company the list of supplements, our protocol, as well as the program outline (and possibly some snippets of our GT5 page: https://thewholejourney.com/programs/gut-thrive/gt-enroll-now/?cfid=3) to obtain reimbursement. We've heard of some participants doing this, but we can't guarantee it will suffice. It will depend on your particular insurance company.
If the situation should change, we will keep you informed.
