Salt and licorice— especially important for those with low blood pressure and those who get dizzy. Orthomolecular makes a great liquid licorice root tincture or pick some up at your local health food store and try 5-8 drops twice daily (you can put it in your turmeric lemonade). Also for our adrenally-fatigued folks— have plenty of Himalayan pink salt or Celtic sea salt on meals. This helps a LOT!
