GUT THRIVE KIT REFUND POLICY

You may request a refund on your Gut Thrive Supplement Kit ONLY if all supplements are returned and received as the complete kit. You may NOT return partial kits for a refund. All bottles, supplements, vials and bags must be received unopened and unused with original seals and a 15% restocking fee will be applied.

Failure to return all supplements within the kit in original condition will result in no refund and no product returned. All requests must be placed within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Please send your request for a refund to support@thewholejourney.com (or contact us through the Help/Support button in the member portal. Our Customer Support Team will assign a RMA# and provide directions for the return process.
