I have Hashimoto’s, leaky gut, heaps of food sensitivities, major depression, and think there is also something very wrong with my hormonal balance. Can this program help with depression? Is there anything else I can do to support hormonal balance?

There are many factors involved here. 80% of your serotonin (feel good neurotransmitter in the brain) is produced in the gut. Thyroid hormones are converted in the gut, leaky gut thwarts the ability of the neurotransmitter (chemical messengers in the brain) to make enough of the chemicals that make us feel good. By improving the microbiome, healing leaky gut, having good bacteria, and getting rid of pathogens, you should feel markedly better. There still might be some work to do to boost the thyroid, brain, and adrenals afterward, so you can look at this program as first base toward healing your depression. You may need to run a hormone panel after it finishes and then do the rest of the work on that part of your health. Don't ignore the emotional or primary food aspect of depression as well, as it's never JUST physical. Read and watch all of your materials and you will see what I mean. Infection in the body and depression go hand in hand.

Hang in there ALL of you who are feeling down and depressed. Rome was not built or destroyed in a day, but keep putting one foot in front of the other, believe in this program and the healing capacity of your body— and things WILL improve.
