Adrenal Info

Remember, by the time your thyroid is in trouble, your poor adrenal glands have doing double duty for at least 6 months to two years. I don’t know anyone (except maybe monks who meditate all day and live off the grid ;) who couldn’t use some support for their adrenals.

  • Rhodiola Rosaea by Thorne – I have been taking this all throughout GT5 and will continue to for another few months to support my adrenals. A general dose is 2 with breakfast and 2 with lunch but some of you may only need 2 per day. [click here for international]

Dr. Tom also gave 3 awesome DIY tips you can do daily to pump up your adrenal health without supplementation (the adrenal  “back slap” with cupped hands, hot and cold water therapy, and pressure points near the navel that assist the adrenals). He was a wealth of knowledge!
