I have had horrible issues with vaginal yeast. I’m seeing improvement, but still having problems with vaginal dryness. What can I do to help with this? I am allergic to forms of estrogen supplementation such as Premarin and other bioidenticals.

This is likely caused by low estrogen, and an estrogen cream applied topically to the vagina, like Estrace, might help. It is not natural but the only one I know of that many people don’t react to. I'd ask your doctor about this. You might be able to handle this form of estradiol when the other forms don't work for you.
