What do you recommend for osteoarthritis with painful nodules? Arthra D is very expensive and contains the following: Vitamin D, N-Acetyl, Glucosamine, Turmeric, Boswellia, Ashwagandha, Yucca. Is this a "good" one?

For osteoarthritis this product looks very good, and should slash inflammation. I would also add a formula by Trivita called Nopalea as the nopal cactus has been effective in alleviating OA related pain and inflammation.
