A Pau d'Arco capsule inserted at night 1 per night for 3 nights (dipped in coconut oil first) with a vinegar douche on the fourth night to re-establish vaginal acidity, followed by 1 Bifidyn or Fem-Dophilus (by Jarrow) nightly on the fifth and sixth night to re-establish vaginal flora.
