For those of us who are experiencing moderate to severe die-off reactions, would you suggest holding off on our supplements until these reactions subside?
Additional Details: I took one day off, but did not see any improvement. So I was unsure whether to jump back in or wait until I noticed a change. Also, if I have stopped the supplements and the reaction is not improving, is this a potential sign that it is not the supplements, but perhaps a diet change that is causing the issues?
It's good to press the limit and experience a bit of aggravation. This lets you know that you are running at your maximum speed. Then back off a tad so that the aggravation subsides and then resume the supplements at a lower dose for three days. The bone broth can be aggravating at the get go, but then you start eating and should have less aggravation. If the supplements are aggravating, yes, skip a day or two. Support yourself with a salt and soda bath (2 lbs. salt, 2 lbs. baking soda in a tub of very warm water). Sweat for 15 minutes, replace electrolytes (bone broth and/or coconut water) and get some sleep. Drink more water. Then resume your program at a lower dose, but after 2-3 days, test your limits and see if you can increase your dosages. Each person is different. It's fine to extend Phase 2 a few days if you are sensitive. There is no need to keep pushing with an aggravation. The aggravation is saying that your detox mechanism is maxed out. You are looking to run your Pathogen Purge at the maximum speed that is comfortable for you.
