I am plan F, but also have SIBO. I have been having very severe reactions while on the bone broth cleanse. Can you please comment?

Additional Details: I am plan F but also have SIBO. When I started the bone broth cleanse I was having intense heart palpitations after meals and during the night. Then I started having severe panic attacks along with feeling like I was being poisoned. It would start with heart palpitations, pressure around my brain, racing mind, the left side of my face going a bit numb/droopy and then would progress into a full blown panic attack that went on for hours. I would only get relief from it when I would have a bowel movement, but then it would come back on again until I had completely emptied my bowel (I was taking a lot of magnesium to make this happen). I could see huge amounts of white frothy/foamy stuff (which I assume is candida) and very small white discs shape things (which I’m guessing might be mold) in my stools. The panic attacks got so bad I had to go to hospital.

This seems to demonstrate the gut/brain\brain/gut connection where disturbances in the GI tract impact the brain processes and can lead to anxiety and depression. You had a very strong reaction and it was certainly distressing. Most likely the arrival of the anti-pathogenic ingredients threatened the pathogens, and they sent out alarm signals. This is a case in point for "starting slowly" and giving your body time to acclimatize to the botanical influences which will soon elicit the brain's cooperation as your innate vitality recognizes their usefulness and their directive to improve health.

So with our 20:20 hindsight lenses on, the method you need to employ is to take 1/3 of one of the capsules and take it with food. Then with no adverse reaction, take the remaining 2/3 with another meal. In this fashion, test and introduce each formula to your system. Then titrate upwards, gently over a week or more, so that each step is gentle and not so startling. You've proven the strength of the program but the price was that "knee-jerk reaction" that caused dis-equilibrium and panic. So as odd as it is may sound, the program can work for you. However you’ve got to accommodate your system's sensitivity and must maintain a gentle start so you do not get too many distress signals from the pathogens in the GI tract, and so that they cause a neurotransmitter imbalance and over-excitatory response. A more stealthy approach will win the day and provide an excellent solution.
