I am wondering what effect the supplements can be having on me if there is such a thick wall in my colon, and I am not eliminating properly. I would love you to speak on any of these ideas and maybe recommend how I should proceed from here.
Additional Details: During my last colonic, when barely anything came out of me, I was told it might be the thick walls in my colon, which need to be irrigated due to years of buildup. Having experienced cleanses and colonics before, I am pretty familiar with the concept of mucoid plaque on the colon, which I would not be surprised to know I have. I would think the colon needs to be moving as freely as possible to reap all the benefits and to make the shift the program and botanicals intend. My understanding is that a colon that has so much waste in it, is a very beneficial place for bacteria and fungus to grow, and until a good deal of that plaque is removed, the botanicals cannot do their job properly. I have felt a great deal of improvement since shifting my diet and eliminating foods (almost at end of PP), but now I feel I've come to a standstill and my body is not digesting or assimilating properly and will not be able to until I am able to eliminate properly. I recognize the tremendous benefits of bone broth, but I also feel meat (organic, pasture raised of course) on a daily basis is detrimental to getting my colon to let go of old waste. I was thinking of extending the pathogen purge on my own terms, going more veggie while including broth, working on getting any old sludge out, creating some major motility, and then another round of anti-fungals before starting the reseeding response.
The body will pack mucoid plaque (like truck tire rubber) on the sides of the colon wall to keep you safe and yes, it absolutely needs to be eliminated. The recommendation of coffee enemas regularly and colonics should do the trick, as will additional cascara sagrada in the form of smooth move tea nightly for 8-10 days for the rest of your pathogen purge. You might want to consider extending your pathogen purge and doing 1 colonic DAILY for 6-7 days prior to the reseeding phase. I know this sounds intense, and based upon your current level of health, your hydrotherapist will tell you if it's a good idea. I have seen amazing results this way though, because the body is now in tune with the nutritional directive of cleansing. Therefore it's in cleansing mode and comes to expect to release this intensely daily for several days consecutively. Consider bringing in wheat grass at 4 oz. to be implanted after each one, and then coffee on the last one.
