I think I have pre-symptoms of Shingles (i.e. - low back pain, mild headache, fatigue). Could my body be purging the varicella-zoster virus that infested itself when I had Chicken Pox? Should I back off the supplements or power through?

Additional Details: I'm relatively certain that I'm experiencing pre-symptoms of Shingles, such as very uncomfortable low back pain, mild headache, fatigue-- which has been followed by the horrid rash twice since the age of 35. I'm now 49. No rash yet. In the live support call, it was suggested that people skip a day of supplements or reduce the dosage, but I'd love to keep going full throttle if it'll keep the rash at bay and eventually eliminate the virus.

A: Back down a wee bit. The “pushing through” process regarding herpetic issues can mean an outbreak. Use 3 oz. of organic celery juice (if non-pregnant) twice a day. Increase your Vitamin D3, K2, and A intake. After 3 days of that, you should be able to return full throttle.
