Since I am just now seeing the worms come out, should I stay on the path purge longer and into next phase? Also, how many enemas should i do in reseed/seal phase given the worms?

Yes, stay on the purge for 2 more weeks, then move into reseeding. Continue with 3 enemas a week for the next two weeks and then go down to 1 in reseeding (understanding the reseeding phase will also help any leftover worms purge).
