This is part of the "2x4 Syndrome." Doing something radically to stimulate and "wake up" the body's innate vitality (even more than the brain, it's the innate vitality that responds), and we’ve had success with this in our clinical trial with the SIBO group by addressing the brain-gut connection (in addition to GT5 which addresses the gut-brain connection mostly). I don't want to contradict Dr. Kharrazian, as he's a brilliant man, but the bottom line is— the less the better. Do what's needed for a period of 10-30 days, and after that "enough is enough."
