Many of you are in a situation like this, and those with severe autoimmunity can prolong the program and take it slow, cutting the supplements in half to stretch them over 6 to 8 weeks. The body is confused with autoimmunity and you are going through an entire re-education of your immune system. After the re-seeding phase, colostrumand Vitamin D should absolutely be added in. The terrain and your life should change/improve, and reactions should be significantly less. Fish oil is very helpful for dry eyes. There is also something called Restasis that is a pharma, but a helpful band-aid while you are healing. If you do not tolerate coconut well, do not use it. Listen to your body above all else. You can take more of the cleansing pesto.
I suffer from reactions to immune stimulators (causing dry eyes) and react to fats (pancreatic insufficiency). I did coconut for 2-3 weeks, but it irritates my stomach. I don’t want to damage my eyes by pushing the herbal antimicrobials. What can I do?
Additional Details: I suffer from reactions to immune stimulators (especially with very painful dry eyes so I can barely see). I also react to fats of all kinds (diagnosed pancreatic insufficiency). I did coconut for 2-3 weeks and my body is not so happy with it now. I’m doing the beets, dandelion tea, lemonade with turmeric, taking ox bile. I’ve just had to slow way down on coconut. My stomach is getting very irritated. I’m concerned about damaging my eyes by pushing the herbal antimicrobials. Also, I was finally diagnosed with desquamative inflammatory vaginitis and given a prescription for antibiotic cream. I’ve had this condition for two years or more and am wondering if I should or shouldn't use the coconut. I need a solution. None of the probiotics, oregano, GSE, olive leaf etc. I’ve taken over the years have done much if any good, and not now in spite of diet either. I have also been gluten-free for two months.
