I'm on Plan F with adrenal/thyroid issues. I have low cortisol in the AM, high in the PM. I’m also waking up 1-3 a.m. Can I take Ortho Molecular - AdreneVive during Phase 1 & 2. If so, when’s the best time/times to take it and how many?
