Are all the supplements I need to take for Gut Thrive included in the program shipment or do I need to purchase them separately?

All are included. There may be a few others you wish to take on your own, like Vitamin D or a multi vitamin, but everything you need for the GT5 10 weeks program is included in your supplement package. There will be an optional transition package at the end to continue to build your gut health, but you can evaluate if that is something you want/need after the program.
