- Is the arsenic and fluoride in the recommended Trace Minerals (Concentrace brand) safe?
- I seem to be mildly allergic to lion's mane mushroom (and other mushroom derived supplements). Is there another supplement that does what lion's mane does for the nervous system?
- As a SIBO sufferer, should I stay on a low carb diet and the pathogen purge longer? And what about aloe? The other plans take it for soothing their GI tract and for constipation, but it’s not a very “legal” food for SIBO according to the research.
- I still have supplements left over from my pathogen purge. Should I take them?
- What specifically can I do to heal my acid-producing cells and my digestive enzymes, so I can successfully cycle off of long-term use of supplemental digestive enzymes and Betaine HCL?

- I’m concerned I'm not getting all the protozoa and worms out before the reseeding phase. Will the botanicals for the path purge continue to work in the body to get any worms out after I’m done taking them?
- Why should we put magnesium oil on the bottom of our feet? I think my skin is dry and thicker on the bottom of my feet. Would that affect absorption? Would the calves be just as good, or is there a reason you mentioned the bottom of the foot specifically?

- What to do on plan S if I continue to have gas/bloating? I’m eating very clean, because I’m very sensitive to any spices/onions/garlic. I still have smelly stool and gas and am taking MTHFR supplements and Chinese herbs for liver support. Any suggestions?

- I'm currently taking a bunch of supplements to correct vitamin deficiencies. I don't want to be OVERsupplementing, but I do want to be sure I'm getting what I need to address my deficiencies. Will I be able to continue taking these during the program?
- I cannot tolerate proteolytics. Are the hydrolytic enzymes in the program more like proteolytic enzymes to be taken between meals to clear out the "junk" in your bloodstream or are they digestive enzymes taken with meals?
- Can we purchase additional individual supplements separately?
- You mentioned possibly doing a round of the antifungals if needed. Is this after Phase 2 or 3 supplements? Also what signs would indicate this is needed if Candida has been the major issue. Does the spit test need to float?
