Digestive enzymes: I'm currently taking Thorne’s Biogest. Should I continue with this during the program or will supplements cover this? I know I need HCL and the ox bile. Not sure if the digestive enzymes in the Biogest will double up too much.

Biogest is great, but Digestzymes are in this program as full-spectrum digestive enzymes. So take those until they run out, and then you can finish your Biogest after that.
