If I don’t pass the probiotic test and I bloat too much, what happens in the 2-4 weeks that I’m supposed to wait before trying the probiotics again? Telling me to just wait 2-4 weeks is very confusing as I don’t understand what I’m doing during that time?

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Am I just eating with no supplementation? Am I taking the other reseeding supplements, but postponing the probiotics? Or, am I returning to the full pathogen purge and also needing to purchase more supplements to be on the full pathogen purge longer? Or am I doing both the reseeding supplements (without the probiotics) and also adding in pathogen purge supplements.

A: You are eating according to the diet and continuing to take GI Microb X, in your case 2 caps a day. Still take your GI Revive or GI Encap. Then we will see how you do with adding in fermented foods in small amounts and when that becomes okay you can add the probiotics (or vice versa).
