Is Paul d'Arco tea good to drink during the whole program? Or is it something we should stop during Phase 3/ recolonizing? I am Plan F.

You can use Pau d’Arco during the entire program. However plan on discontinuing it within 8 weeks, or rotate it with something else, because it is a therapeutic herb and a mild diuretic.
