Why do you recommend anything with corn or soy in the glutathione?

You are likely referring to the phospholipids in the liposomal glutathione which are very hard to make otherwise. This is not a soy I am concerned about due to the way they grow/process it. The same goes for phosphatidylserine. This link will explain how they produce soy lecithin for these formulas and this link explains soy lecithin further. It’s very different than consuming soy products, and while we keep soy lecithin out of food, in these types of formulas, the benefits far outweigh the risks and also should not cause a food-sensitivity reaction.
