What are your thoughts on taking low-dose Naltrexone (LDN)?

Additional Details: I think Dr. Kharrazian recommended low-dose Naltrexone (LDN) to calm down the inflammation in the brain and lower antibodies (for those with autoimmune diseases). Low-dose Naltrexone is also recommended as a prokinetic (a medication that helps strengthen the lower esophageal sphincter (LES) and causes the contents of the stomach to empty faster to allow less time for acid reflux to occur.) after SIBO treatment to prevent relapse.

This may be the example of the best of both worlds where Rx meds and Natural Health acceptability overlap. I've yet to hear negative stories about LDN, but know only 4 people closely who are doing that. So my mind is open as long as there is a plan to titrate off once the body heals.
