- Can I take the supplements with my thyroid meds?
- If I'm on blood thinners, are your supplements safe?
- Is the program safe to take with my other medications?
- I have concerns regarding supplements and OTC products I take daily. I am not able to sleep of my own accord. Do I stop cold turkey or wean off?
- Will I be able to wean off hydrocortisone (Cortef for adrenal fatigue), natural thyroid, and bioidentical hormones (post-menopausal) after the gut is healed?
- I have GERD from a hiatal hernia, and if I don’t take Zantac every day I get reflux. Can I continue this medication while doing this program or do you recommend coming off of it? If so, is there anything I can do to ease into it? I am Plan V, high viral.
- I am on Armour thyroid. Should I stop while I am on the program?
- Will Gut Thrive eliminate my need for a prescribed daily dose of mesalamine and azathioprine for ulcerative colitis (with the occasional need for a short prednisone regiment to tamp down flares)? If so, when can I stop taking them?
- What are your thoughts on taking low-dose Naltrexone (LDN)?
- I am on Program S, can I take my Low Dose Naltrexone during and after the whole program for extra support while my body heals?
