How accurate are the food sensitivity tests?

Additional Details: We just ran 5 arrays thru Cyrex and nothing was out of range except millet and sorghum. Another test showed that millet was fine. My daughter has many, many symptoms from head to toe. The tests showed no gut or brain permeability and no tissue antibodies.

Cyrex is one of the most accurate food sensitivity tests, but Allcat is also considered very reliable. Tests are fallible, which is why Jack developed the assessment. She might have fungus or something else going on that's causing her symptoms, but not much leaky gut as of yet (depending on her age).
