To avoid constipation on the BBF, your program contains Trifala at night. Carbs you can eat include 1/2 green apple or 1 c. cooked organic berries, 1/2 sweet potato or yam, 1/2 acorn squash with cinnamon and coconut oil, mashed parsnips or plantains (or green bananas for resistant starch fiber, if it doesn’t bloat you), and steamed vegetables. Your soaked quinoa and amaranth are fine as well. I do like wild rice better than amaranth, since it’s technically a seed like quinoa and not a grain. If they don’t bloat you, you may soak 2 Tbsp. of chia seeds in water overnight and then drink the whole thing down upon rising, for fiber. It’s fine to continue juicing on the BBF but choose either carrot or beet and not both in order to keep the sugar low.
