The recommended bone broth contains apple cider vinegar (ACV), as do other brands like Pacific. I thought one can't have apple cider vinegar in the first phase of this cleanse. Is this correct? And if so, should I skip the bone broth?

If you make the bone broth yourself or use a brand that does contain it, this is fine because the apple cider vinegar (ACV) is cooked out. It is added to help leach the minerals out of the bones.
