Since I am just now seeing the worms come out, should I stay on the path purge longer and into next phase? Also, how many enemas should i do in reseed/seal phase given the worms?

Yes, you may stay on the purge for another 2 weeks and then move into reseeding. Continue at 3 enemas a week for the next two weeks and then go down to 1 in reseeding (understanding the reseeding phase will also help any leftover worms purge).
