Ingredients:

1 organic lemon, juiced

1 full ginger root peeled (the size would cover the palm of your hand 1.5x), peeled and

shredded with a carrot shaver or cheese grater

1 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients together and put in a jar and let “pickle” overnight.

2. Take 1⁄2-1 teaspoon before bigger meals daily for 2-4 weeks.

3. Chew the ginger and discard.
