Can I do this program if I have severe reactions to many of the recommended foods? Would the colonics and coffee enemas benefit me?

Additional Details: I have severe food sensitivities and many of the foods you recommend are sensitive for my system. I can't have nuts, fermented foods, even the tea Teeccino (gluten free/organic). After drinking the tea, I woke up and could not open my eyes as they were very swollen. I love chocolate and can't have it even a tiny piece and I get a rush on my skin and on my face. Most of the signs of sensitivity show up on my face with redness and acne or bumps.

For those in this situation, start the bone broth fast with steamed vegetables and start the supplements right away with colonics or coffee enemas. It will likely be an uncomfortable 4 days to a week, but the body is simply overloaded, ridden with pathogens, and having a tough time eliminating them. Also consider infrared saunas twice weekly, fresh green juices, cleansing pesto, turmeric ginger lemonade every single day during these first two weeks, along with lymphatic massage and drinking warm water in between meals. All this should shift things quickly.

When a rash presents on the face as red and bumpy, it’s a telltale sign of low hydrochloric acid production. So the enzymes in phase should help that. If this continues after you run out of digestive enzymes, consider purchasing Betaine/HCL with pepsin at the health food store and taking 650-1300mg per meal (more with meat). You will know stomach acid is improving when the redness/bumps on the face diminish.
