Do you recommend following a blood-type diet to help with digestion? Is there any validity to this diet? Can we take Sac. B if on plan S but also have Candida?

(Jack) As with all diet sorting, some work for some and not others. I'm enthralled with the blood-type research and find that it does indeed work for some, but not for everyone. I've seen too many non-O types prosper on meat+vegetables+fats when the food is high quality. BUT for those who cut out grains and get a new lease on life, the blood type diet serves them a tremendous blessing.

My advice is to try eat right for your type, and see what you gain. If you love it, then all is good. If not quite it, then hey, check out yours truly's Pro-Vita Plan which also helps many, but not necessarily everyone. So YES, there is some validity to the blood-type diet and it's helped many people. Ultimately diet must be a relationship between YOU and YOUR ENVIRONMENT and that just can't be reduced to 4 blood types and some sub-types. I've been asked to write a new diet book, maybe Christa will help me, she’s got such a keen natural insight.
