Additional Details: I recently got my Genova Labs IgG Food Antibody Assessment back. I'm a +1 for ginger, cumin, oregano, cinnamon, and chocolate. A '+1' is right in the middle of the sensitivity scale rating. My naturopath, when talking about chocolate, told me I could eat it once a week. So now I'm wondering about taking the oregano oil supplement and drinking the teas with cumin and ginger. I'm curious if you've had experience with other patients who have had similar test results and what your thoughts are.

I agree with your naturopath with chocolate  1x/week. As your gut heals, you will likely not have that sensitivity any more. For those of you who've run food sensitivity panels, avoid everything that came back HIGH, consume things that came back MODERATE only 1x/week, and ignore the ones that came back low. They should "fall off" and not be real sensitivities as your leaky gut heals.

As for oregano oil and teas with cumin and ginger, I'd suggest consuming the cleansing pesto in food form vs. pill form as it's less concentrated. Drink the teas 2x/week and then try them out again after phase 3. I suspect you don't have real sensitivities to them, and also quality can be a factor depending on if the lab company used roasted spices, organic spices, etc.
