Additional Details: My food intolerance test came back with 46 moderates and 3 highs. I’m on Plan P, just up-ramping the Phase 2 supplements (one of each, 2x/day now). I have not eliminated all the moderately sensitive foods, as they include some things that are supposed to be especially helpful, like lemon, cabbage, dill, turmeric and eggs. I have absolutely no adverse reaction to eggs when I take them out for a month or so and add them back in. I’ve never had digestive distress, though I’ve been incapacitated by Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for 26 years.
I’m very hopeful the CFS will be a thing of the past after this (or at least notably improved) and sounds exciting you are already starting to feel that. I think 46 moderates is very high and there are likely lots of false positives due to leaky gut that will resolve themselves after GT5 is completed. The foods you don't react to overtly, you can keep in moderately (1-2x/week) and then retest everything after GT5 and see what the real deal is. Some adverse effects would be dark circles under the eyes, sudden mood changes, bloating, pain, achy joints, or mental fog.
