Will the program work for me if I can't eat a lot of the recommended foods? I'm hypoglycemic and have been eating a piece of meat with a piece of fruit for snacks. Is that a bad combo? Will taking the supplements help me if I can't change my diet much?

Additional Details: I have worked myself into a corner of very few foods due to a failed attempt at SCD, and because I couldn't find foods to introduce that made me feel okay. My diet consists of meat, broth, coconut oil, pureed sweet potato/ squash, potatoes, rice, plantains, bananas, peas, green beans, rutabaga, spinach and the odd small piece of melon or avocado. I haven't been able to find other foods that work well with me yet, and even the foods I do eat aren't making me feel great these days.

Start out eating what you are sure is SAFE for you. Take the supplements and then as you heal, we can expand your diet and retrain your body to Adapt and Survive. It may take 3-4 weeks, but it will happen. After the pathogen purge, try one new food every three days in your diet, and you might be surprised at what your body will be able to digest and use to nourish itself. Head over and watch the grocery store tour and pick up a few new veggies and cook them. The targeted healing of the supplements will help you change your diet toward a freer, more varied diet.
