- When should we order our supplements?
- You mentioned once that a person could use garlic instead of oregano oil, because they do the same thing. What kind of garlic, real or capsules? Could it be Aged Garlic Extract capsules 600mg? If so, how much/many per day?
- Will it be okay to move the supplements to 2 hours after breakfast?
- Is the sugar in homeopathics significant enough to avoid during the program?
- Does the microbiome affect how well you can absorb/use Mg? I've applied the oil, taken mag glycinate, and neither are getting through-- only chelated mag bisglycinate seems to. Will sorting out the microbiome fix this or could it a genetic issue?
- I have Concerns about Magnesium Stearate being in the Supplements. Can you speak further to this?
