- Clarification needed on the VRM products for those on Plan P and the rotation needed.
- How much collagen can be taken per day?
- I have the MTHFR snp, (the gene encodes the vitamin-dependent enzyme, methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase). Does this genetic mutation cause a problem when taking a multivitamin with non-methylated B's?
- I use a capsule 2X/day of ProCaps "Circulation Vein Support". Would it be OK to continue this supplement during the program?
- I'm sensitive to bromelain, which I see in some of the supplements. What should I do?
- Do we need to have the mid-morning and mid-afternoon supplements a certain amount of time before and/or after consuming food/beverages (other than water)?
- How long are the supplements viable for? I am not ready to do the program yet as I want to just focus on really cleaning up the diet for the next 2-3 months, but I also don't want the supplements to expire.
- I am supposed to take my thyroid meds as soon as I awake on an empty stomach and wait 1 hour to eat. Christa said to drink the lemon water immediately on awakening. Is it okay to take my thyroid medication with the lemon water in the morning?
- If my gallbladder has been removed, what modifications, if any, need to be made for the program and/or supplements? Do any of the supplements contain ox bile for those without a gallbladder?
- Why do you recommend anything with corn or soy in the glutathione?
- Are there grains in any of your supplements?
- Are your supplements kosher?
- Can I take ProbioMed 100 at a different time with a little bit of food since it's enteric-coated and not as good to dissolve in water like the others? I'm very sensitive, so I'm doing Plan F more like a liquid plan by dissolving in water and doing it slowly.
- Does it matter whether the botanicals are taken with or without food? Sometimes I am eating mid-AM or mid-afternoon and don’t want to miss taking them 2 x day.
- I am taking licorice (low blood pressure/weakness), and am happy to report that my blood pressure is progressively improving! How do I know how long to be on it? Do I stop taking it all at once, or slowly taper off and see how I feel?
- Can a Pau d'Arco tincture be used instead of tea?
- Can I keep taking MeraLean on the program?
- Can I keep taking Oraescin on the program?
- Since clay eliminates toxins so well and since we live in such a toxic world, would there be any problem with just continuing to take it as a constant supportive measure?
- Some of my spit is still sinking and I'm almost done with the program, should I order more probiotics, and if so which?
