- Can you talk more about the types of eggs that are recommended?
- Do we have to pay for the specific diet on top of the program? I went to the page, and it had different costs for different diets. I thought everything was included, or is the price listed for the supplements that go with the plan? I'm just confused.

- Do I need to soak sprouted brown rice to get rid of the anti-nutrients?

- Is Teeccino Allowed on the Program?
- I’ve finished the reseeding for plan F and have added only a few sips of coconut Kevita/day. I still use the fiber in the morning, drink pau d'Arco tea, and eat the cleansing pesto daily. Do I keep adding ferments slowly to see how my body handles them?
- Is organic butter okay to use? The health food store doesn’t sell raw butter and eggs. This time of year, chickens are given extra rations of grain even if they are pastured due to lack of available food. If it is non-GMO, are they ok to eat?
- Can you have the ginger that comes with sushi as part of the program?
- Is baking soda okay to use on the program?

- With regards to Hashi's that is in remission, would it be okay to eat raw veggies and nightshades occasionally while being in-tune with the body at the same time?
