- I think I'm sensitive to lemon, should I do the lemon water anyway?
- Is coconut oil or ghee better to add if you have constipation? Does ghee go bad? I heard not to store it in the refrigerator, but I think mine smells differently than when I bought it, and it seems to be darker. Is that normal? (1)
- I’d love to have a good substitute for cilantro and cumin in recipes that will support detox and gut repair. Any thoughts?
- Is it ok to drink carbonated water like Pellegrino on the diet?
- Can we have Trader Joe's black bean or red lentil pasta on the program?
- Does Christa have a recommended brand for extra virgin olive oil?
- I was not able to tolerate eggs until I found Vital Farms eggs. I’ve been having two eggs a day since, but my liver bothers me sometimes. It feels like it's kind of cramping. It doesn't hurt, but it's noticeable. Could it be the eggs?
- If you have a true allergy to yeast confirmed by a blood test from Cyrex labs, do you need to stay away from fermented foods and stick only to probiotics to replenish good gut bacteria? What are some hidden sources of yeast in foods?
- I already follow an paleo type diet but must also follow a low oxalate diet. Can your meal plans incorporate this restriction?
- Are tiger nuts (not really a nut) okay as a resistant starch?
- Is it ok to have 1 cup of bone broth every evening with dinner?
- Is it okay to combine fruit with starchy veggies like carrots, peas, and sweet potatoes, or is that a problem as well?

- For Plan P people, is Organic Pumpkin Protein by Seed Oil Company in Oregon or Sacha Inca Protein from Raw Food World good?
- For the CCF tea, do you suggest black cumin seeds or regular cumin?
- I bought cucumbers. Will this be okay to eat/put in my green smoothie? I haven't heard anything about green smoothies in this program, why is that?
- I've been soaking almonds and dry roasting them in the oven with sea salt at the lowest temperature possible. Do I really need to peel the coverings?
- Is non-GMO Xylitol okay?
- Beets, rutabagas, carrots and sometime radishes are listed as starchy vegetables. Are we able to eat these?
- I need to limit oxalates, which are found in many vegetables and other whole foods which are likely part of the meal plans in this program. Can the program be easily customized for someone who needs a low to medium oxalate diet?
